Sleeping 10 guests in 4 stylish bedrooms and with a bathroom on each floor, the house offers comfortable sleeping accommodation to multigenerational families or groups of friends looking for a seaside getaway. Three of the bedrooms have sea views and pets are very welcome too. There is a carnival and fun fair from 16th - 31st July across the road on Walmer Green, which can be very noisy at times.

"We would thoroughly recommend the Boatman’s Reading Rooms as an amazing place to stay especially for an autumn break. The weather outside was sometimes cold and windy but we always felt snug and warm. The cottage being on three levels was ideal for a multi-generational break as there was plenty of space for time together and apart. The view from the lounge window over the greensward to the sea is fantastic – just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it. The Boatman’s Reading Rooms is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a thoroughly enjoyable break."

Upstairs is the fantastic, open-plan living space, full of natural light. A very well equipped, modern kitchen is at one end, perfect for the chef of the group to prepare evening meals (if you have had enough fish and chips)! At the other end of the room is an extremely comfortable sitting room with two double sofas, armchairs, a flat screen wall-mounted TV and window seats looking out to the sea.
Balcony
Just off the kitchen is a large balcony with a table and outdoor sofas. The perfect space to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of tea in the morning, whilst enjoying those sea views.
Bedroom - Sleeps 2, with King size bedroom is at the front of the house with breathtaking sea views. This room has a king size bed and a window seat with lovely sea views.

Deal is a vibrant and buzzing seaside town, full of history and charm with the famous conservation area and Saturday market. It has a thriving art scene with lots of galleries showing the work of local artists, a great live music scene in the local pubs and some great cafes, restaurants and independent shops.
