"We stayed here for 2 nights in April as a base for a family break and a golf competition at nearby Prince's. The house is exactly as advertised; stylish and comfortable, perfectly located overlooking the beach and about 20 paces from the Zetland Arms. As a party of 4 adults and 4 children (boys aged from 3 to 12), the house was ideal with plenty of space for us all. We immediately felt at home."

Ground floor

On the ground floor is a bright kitchen and dining room that opens up on to an enclosed patio, only steps away from the wild flowers, picturesque beach-huts and sweeping views of Kingsdown beach.
Sitting room and downstairs bedroom
This floor also houses a sitting room with wood-burning stove, a shower room. At this level off the hall there's a bedroom at the front of the house with a double bed (It also has a cupboard full of toys to keep little ones amused even on rainy days).
First floor
Master bedroom, bathroom and second double
Upstairs is the master bedroom, a peaceful sanctuary to the adjoining sun room and terrace, a family bathroom, and a second, small double with pretty wallpaper and wonderful sea views.
Second floor
Third bedroom
The top floor is a light, fun bedroom with sea views from every window. It contains a double bed and two singles, making it ideal for a second family or more friends.
Enclosed patio terraces
Enclosed patio terraces, one large, one with BBQ, overlooks the sea.
Sliding gate is easy to open, can be opened or closed by guests choice.
Large dining table & chairs seating eight people. Extra chairs and coffee table.
Rear terrace to follow the sun all day.

Please note that the sauna is not currently in use.
Local Information
Kingsdown is a charming pebble bay sandwiched between St Margaret's Cliff and Walmer; with Deal being only fifteen minutes away on foot. This holiday home is superbly located with wild flowers and beach huts between patio and the pebbles themselves! Close to golf courses, historic sites and three popular pubs; perfect for those active days out and entertaining nights in.
