We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.




Local Information

Enjoy a gentle morning stroll to the beautiful harbour, which is just a 5 minute walk away. The coastal path runs all the way to Tankerton, where you will find rows of pretty pastel beach huts and possibly one of the most spectacular spots on the coast to enjoy watching windsurfers. At low tide, you can enjoy 'The Street', a natural path that takes you right out to sea. The harbour is a great place to walk, buy some quirky gifts and find something delicious to eat. The High Street offers a choice of eateries, cafes, ice cream shops and fish and chip chops as well as the renowned Whitstable Oyster Restaurant and Bar (book in advance to avoid disappointment). Indulge in fresh seafood from the local markets, visit the working harbour and enjoy the independent shops and galleries when you book a stay at Corner Pin Cottage.
