Welcome to Number 3, a beautiful and stylish self-catering retreat in the heart of Margate. The owners have recently refurbished the apartment to a very high standard, providing a comfortable and stylish space for guests. Enjoy the stunning sea views from almost every room in the house and watch the sunset in the living room. The apartment has two bedrooms, one Super King and one king size room. All rooms have sea views and all beds have been kitted out with high quality linen and towels for the most relaxing stay. From the apartment you can walk straight onto the beach. Look at the tide clock as its only accessible at low(wish) tide, but there is also a promenade. Number 3 welcomes families with children of any age. The owners have even left a selection of toys, and bucket and spades. There is a travel cot, which can be dressed on request, the house is suitable for small children, and there are plug safety covers if required.
Kitchen/Living room
The kitchen/living is open and fully kitted out, perfect for those who like to cook. All the kitchen appliances are new and to a high spec (dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven and washer/dryer). The owners have provided a coffee machine, juicer and an ice machine. There is also a large oak dining table, which seats six guests. The living room is a relaxing space with plenty of comfortable seating options and EE TV - guests can also use the recordings and NowTV option too.
Study
There is a separate study room with views of the sea which can offer a great space for homeschooling or working from home. There is strong WiFi and each room is fitted with DAB radios, which also have an aux cable for connection to your headphones socket.
Bathroom
There is a large bath with an over head shower and a separate WC.
Double bedroom (Super King)
A beautifully designed double bedroom with a super king size bed. You can enjoy the sea views from this room too. High quality towels and linen provided.

The apartment is on the second floor, and there is also one flight of stairs inside the apartment. The entrance to the block is run down and has a different feel to the flat itself. It is in need of maintenance - the owners are working on redecorating it. Thank you for your understanding.
